Cancellation Policy

Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 3 days notice for appointment changes or deposit will be forfeit. Clients may only reschedule up to 1 time with in  3 days advance notice. You will also need to pay a new deposit if you reschedule less than 3 days advance notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  In the event that if you wait until it is less than 48 hours to cancel , the appointment will be marked as a no show /cancellation or same day cancellation will be charged for 75 % of the value of your appointment booked. Missed appointments or "No Show" will be charged 75 % off the services booked. No Exceptions. . Thank you for understanding.
